be a unique focal point for this one of a kind community.

Do you realize that a few individuals would rather have the abandoned old gas station
tumed into an American style 7-11 gas bar? Apart from the inherent dangers of a gas
Station in the neighborhood there is the obvious contrasting eye-sore that such a hang
out would create,
