Fayren Nepenthe (Greck for ‘‘no sorrow’'), a beautifully
“‘fey’’ product of magically transformative love-sharing
between her elfin, air-sylph-like mother and my impish,
satyr-like self, who refers to me as a ‘‘jerk.””

No, we're not Greek. I just love
the feeling-tone of ‘‘Nepenthe.”’
And [ can certainly, on the per-
sonality level, be as gargantuan a
“jeck'’ as the nexe father, brother,
husband or ‘‘guy.””

{ regard the beleaguered Woody
Allen and tell myself, ‘It could be
worse!’’ My former wife would
immediately retort, “‘It could be
better!"’

In any case, I also dedicate the
