Beaver, organized by North Shore Health employees, raised $100,000 for the Vancouver Canucks’ children’s hospice. 50 cruizers enjoyed the evening which included dining, dancing and a tour around Vancouver harbor. The event was ccyganized by Liz Vallaster and Leslie Robinson of North Shore Health to raise money for Canuck Place Hospice, a centre for terminally ill children and their families. The hospice is the brainchild of Brenda Eng, a registered nurse working for the pediatric depart- ment of Children’s Hospital in Vancouver.
