This is a private company and does not have any connection with the federal government. The “return declaration 1990” is similar in format to the annual return form that a federal com- pany receives each year from the secretary general. The form gives the impression that the federal government is requesting this to be completed and filed along with a $50 filing fee. The address of the company is also similiar to that of the federal consumer and corporate affairs ministry. wee THE INDUSTRIAL Relations Management Association of B.C. will be holding two seminars in April. The first, called Managing the Problem Employee: Strategies and Issues, will be held on April 4 at the Four Seasons Hotel from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will focus on the alcoholic employee who, on occasion, reports to work drunk; the employee with a bad back who cannot work full time; and cases of suspected theft. The second seminar, called Human Rights Issues In Employee Benefits, will be held April 19 at the Robson Square Media Centre.
