Gourmet milkshakes a hit with

THE JUNIOR GOURMET class at Delbrook
Recreation Centre was recently making
gourmet (of course) milkshakes, which went well
with the warm weather at the time. Picture left,
1 to r, Kirsten Davidson and Elaine Abery help
Jason Young and Jeff Pomfret with the
blender, and too many cooks did nothing but
help this broth. Below, Dallas Klassen melts the
(hmm-mmm-mmm) dark chocelate before it
goes into the blender. Instructor Susan
