Conirol, Parliament Buildings,
Victoria,. British Columbia, V8V~
4S5. Any person who qualifies as
an objector under section 13 of
the Poffution Control. Act may,
within 30: days of. the date of
application, or within 30 days of
the date of publication in The
British Columbia Gazette or in a
newspaper, or where service is
required, within 30 days of
serving a copy of.the application,
file with the Director at the above
address an objection in writing to
the granting of a permit, stating

PREAMBLE—The purpose of-this
application is to obtain a permit to
discharge effluent from a bulk |
chemical loading ‘facility. the
eftiuent will consist of storm
water collected in the diked areas
around. storage tanks and on
curbed loading argas in addition
there will'bé a, small amount of
water used for clean-up pur-
poses. .
