AWAY WENT THE STRANGER
Away goes the stranger, there's
lice on our heads,

We told Pa to rent not the strane-
er our bed,

We needed the money, that's what
Papa said,

He left us a present, there’s lice in
our bed,

Fear not said our father, we'll
clean all away,

knees we will pray,

To little Lord Jesus, who slept on
the hay,

But we all knew better, the lice
they would stay.

It is an offence under the Dog Tax and Regulation By-
law to own a dog over the age of four (4) months that is not wear-
ing a licence tag issued by The City of North Vancouver for the
current year.

If you have purchased a 1990 Dog Licence from the Ci-
ty of North Vancouver you will receive a 1991 Dog Licence State-
ment early in January, 1991. If you did not purchase a 1990
Licence or, for some other reason did not receive a statement
by January 31. 1991, please contact the Treasury Department
at the City Hall, 141 West 14th Street, North Vancouver; Phone
983-7316. Dog Licences may also be purchased at the S.P.C.A.
Shelter, 299 Mansfield Place. North Vancouver in person only.
For New Registered Dog Owners proof must be supplied for
spayed and neutered dogs.
