SAN CARLOS — You
may not have noticed,
but there’s a price war
going on among tour
operators, meaning
more vacation charter
flights than ever and
often at generously dis-
counted prices.

Hever there was a time to
return to Mexico this is it.

with Sunquese West to the
relatively new destination of
San Carlos, located at the top
of the Sea of Cortes on the
mainland, and close to the
shrimp port of Guaymas. It’s
