Train hits man A 65-YEAR-OLD West Vancouver man was struck by a BC Rail passenger train on Wednesday, June 16, at the Jist Street overpass at Marine Drive in West Vancouver. John Moatgomery was struck at 7:30 am. while trying to avoid the train travelling west through the municipall- ty, according to # West Vancouver Police spokesman, Montgomery had been walking on rail tracks at the 31st Street trestle.
