EYA offers excellent learning opportunities Dear Editor: I hope you will publish this let- ter to balance some very negative comments written recently by your columnist Taleeb Noormohamed regarding a conference held by the Environmental Youth Alliance (EYA). Numerous excellent workshops and panels were scheduled (as they always are) on environmental in- formation, stewardship and cre- ative projects — identifying how young people can make worth- while contributions to en- vironmental citizenship, and make sense of a world where their con- cerns are tuo often ignored.
