take part in the eighth annual
Grouse Mountain picnic. On
Wednesday, July 15, from 11 a.m.
to 2:30 p.m., Lower Mainland
youngsters will be treated to a
mountain adventure courtesy of
Grouse Mountain Resorts Ltd.
For many youngsters, par-

wheelchairs, the opportunity to
get out into a wilderness setting is

The day will begin at 11 a.m.
with the ascent to the 3,700-foot
summit of Grouse Mountain
aboard the Grouse Skyride. The
children will enjoy a wide variety
of activities including face paint-
ing visits by popular Vancouver
mascots, music by the Organ
Grinder and a romp through
Grouse Mountain’s popular
adventure playground.
