MAX FINNEY, a. well-known real estate professional in West Vancouver, has been elected president of the West Vancouver division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver for the se- cond time in his real estate career. He served as president for three consecutive years in 1980, 1981 and 1982 and in that capacity took a seat on the parent board’s directorate. He wilt again repre- sent the 49l-member division for the 1992 term, after having been officially installed at the board’s 73rd annual meeting, held Tues- day, Feb. 18, at the Hotel Van- couver. Finney has been licensed as a realtor for almost a quarter cen- tury, and is agent-nominee for his company, Bell Realty Ltd. Over the years ke has served oa almost every standing committee of the teal estate board, and has also achieved every sales award of the board’s prestigious Medallion Club. He is now a 20-year life member of that club, one of only four realtors to achieve this status. The West Vancouver division is one of seven geographical divi- sions located within the board’s full service area, which is the largest portion of the Lower Mainland between Haney and Howe Sound.
