Hanbiey was driving his North Shore taxi across the bridge and when he reached the centre section he saw a man standing on the outside rail about to jump. The cab driver stopped. pulled the man off the rail and held him to the gound until police arrived. A 22- year-old North Vancouver man was taken to Lions Gate Hospital and admitted to the psychiatric ward.
