Longtime residents of North Vancouver, Len and Mary Lebeter cel-
ebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on June 22. Len and Mary
have been active members of the North Shore Lawn Bowling club,
where Len received an honorary tife membership. Family mem-
bers Don and Betty Lebeter, Dave and Pat Plumbe, five grandsons
and four great-grandchildren, along with reiatives and friends, cel-
ebrated with Len and Mary at an open house on June 24 in their
onor.

Luis and Wendy were married on June 10 at
West Vancouver United church. A reception
was held in the garden of their house in spite of
the rain. After a week-long honeymoon on the
Oregon coast, the couple now reside on the
North Shore where Wendy will: run Orchid
Florist, her newly purchased business.
