BUD KASSAM stands in the buch of his Lonsdale shoe store, The House of € logs, which received thousands
of dollars in damage when a pipe from an overhead office broke recently, soaking his stock of shoes and cover-
ing the floor in water. He said he suffered about $8,060 in damages, the cost to be picked up by his insurance
company and the landlord of the building.
