A tractor-trailer loaded
with lumber, which over-
turned on the Upper Levels
highway, blocked the
eastbound lane for almost
two. hours and kept police
busy clearing the road for
almost six, hours Sunday
evening.

spokesman said the truck
was approaching the
Capilano bridge when its
load of one by six cedar
planks shifted and caused
the trucktooverturn.

lumber for the accident
