THE CANADIAN Masters cross country ski association has announced that the fourth annual Canadian Masters cross country ski championships will be heid for the first time in British Columbia. Lac Le Jeune resort, near Kamloops, will be the sight of the °84 championships, February 11 and 12. The Canadian Masters is the largest national ski championship for any age class in Canada. There will be eight age classes in both the men’s and women’s events, beginning at 30 and moving up five years at a time to 70 plus. The two day event, spon- sored by Carlsberg Light, will host a men’s 15 km and a women’s 10 km _ race on Saturday, February 11 and will go to the longer distances of 30 km for men and 20 km for women on Sunday, February 12.
