And that offers exciting new possibilides for shoppers, says one retail con- sultant. “We struggled with the uncertainty of what was going to become of Eaton's for along time and now that that’s been resolved, | think everybody just wants to get back to the business of being retailers,” said Gordon Harris - of Harris Hudema Consulting Group Ltd. The biggest question in the retail, «= community remains: “Who will replace Eaton’s at Park Royal?” But the West Vancouver shop- ping centre is not the only North Shore mall to face changes this year.
