When discarding a used patch, fold it in half and tuck it back into the foil pouch that’s su plied. This will minimize the chance of it getting into the hands of children or sticking to pets. What do you do when you miss a dose of a medication that is supposed to be caken routinely? Should you take it as soon as you remember? It depends on how long it will be until the next dose and the type of drug it is. Best advise? Ask your pharmacist.
