Dionne Risler won the junvenile aerial a9 Foobail league to host skill’s camp THE Gordon ; Sturtridge Football League (GSL) is get- ting an early start to its fali football season with a Spring Skills Camp. — The first camp is set to hit the pridiron May 3 and 4. Co-ordinated by Cy Hoffman, a former GSL play- er, who has been coaching for over 15 years, the aon-contact camps emphasize core foor- bali skills for beginners and advanced players alike. The second camp will be held on Sept.5, 6 and 7. Last year the league ‘had over 350 players in both Flag and Contact divisions. The league is looking to increase its programs and, as a result, registration for the fall is being held in conjunction _with the May skills camps. Ah summer! Parks, beaches, sports, recreation, fun! Kids from 6-18 are footicose, fancy free and looking for things to do. Check out this special feature to get some great ideas. The league encompasses the entire North Shore and has expanded to Squamish. Flag is for boys and girls from ages six to 17 in four divi- sions.
