The drama group formed to present a short skit to launch a police gang and youth contact line earlier this year in February. Maclean said she has noticed an increase ins youth violence in West Vancouver. She oelieves the problem to be a community re- sponsibility. “The rules of the jungle are changing. Not too tong ago, if two people had a problem, they would go out back behind the school and duke it out. “Now, it’s more of a case of ‘my friends.’ ['m not sceing one- on-one fights anymore.
