Alessandro Acciarresi was fined

Vancouver resident pleaded guilty
to thefi under $E,000 in connection
with a Dee. 28, F989 incident at
Canada Safeway.

ing to keep right of the solid dou-
ble line while driving in connection
with a May 21, 1989 incident.

In addition, Acciarresi was
ordered to pay $50 compensation
to the victim.

Yom Miele was fined $100 and
put on probation for six months
after the 67-year-old North Van-
couver man was found guilty of
assault of a woman in connection
with a July 3, 1989 incident.

Before Judge 3.L. McCarthy in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Jan. 3:

Joan Marie Lindsay was fined
$100 after the 60-year-old West
Vancouver woman pleaded guilty
to failing to remain at the scene of
an accident after hitting a parked
car Sept. 7, 1989 in the Westview
area.
