Wouters will

keep chickens

THE CHICKEN controversy is far from over in
North Vancouver District despite the fact Council
on Monday adopted Rezoning Bylaw 710 which
restricts the keeping of poultry.

Ted Wouters 1s one man
who has been affected by the
bylaw, and the man who has
managed to garner the most
publicity on the issue. His
son Martin keeps 11
chickens and the family has
no intention of getting md of
the fowl.

District will take us to court.

tin. He says a North Shore

valid in my opinion.’’
