Playhouse creates student acting fund The Vancouver Playhouse has created a Playhouse Acting School Endowment Fund for deserving students. Michael Francis, president of the Playhouse’s Board of Governors, said recently the fund will provide scholarships and bursaries to students enrolled in the Playhouse Acting School. Money wil also be available for other educational purposes, the Playhouse announced. The creation of Playhouse the Acting School Endowment Fund was made possible by the contributions public-spirited of three St. Paul’s Hospital R.N.
