Tower to get public hearing A 15-STOREY apartment build- ing, proposed for construction in the middle of what is now Victoria Park Avenue West, will go before the public at a hearing later this year, North Vancouver City Council voted four-to-two Monday to continue with the approval process for the controversial building. The short and fittle-used road, which runs from the west end of Victoria Park to the intersection of East 8th Street and East [1th Street, will be replaced with a 25-foot-wide (7.5 m) pedestrian right of way to the east, if the 80-unit tower is approved.
