fast-food restaurant
chain with more than
24,500 restaurants in
116 countries.
The local West Vancouver
McDonald’s in Ambleside
recently closed down. A new
one has just opened in Park
Royal South.
The Park Royal
McDonald’s will be new and
clean. It includes a Drive Thru,
but unfortunately no child’s
play area. The same staff that
worked at the old McDonalds
now works at the new one.

Park Royal. People were not
too happy abour that because
it would cause traffic conges-
tion. The new MeDonaid’s is
taking up well-needed parking
space. How will people feel
about that?

The restaurants that are
already in Park Royal arc likely
to get fewer customers, espe-
cially the Food Court. Possibly
it won't affect The Keg,
Milestones and the Black ‘Tusk
Bistro. They will be OK
because they are more adult
dinner places.
