ONE OF the most famous names
in Canadian soccer will be holding
his own personalized soccer school
in West Vancouver this summer
for kids aged eight to 15.

Bob Lenarduzzi, current Van-
couver 86ers player/coach and
Canadian team assistant coach,
has joined with brothers Sam and
Gan and longtime teammate Cari
Valentine to form Lenarduzzi Soc-
cer Schools.

Sam and Dan Lenarduzzi are
former Vancouver Whitecap and
Toronto Blizzard players, while
Valentine is a current teammate of
Bob Lenarduzzi on the Vancouver
86ers and the Canadian National
team.

THE North Shore Family YMCA
will be running its summer sizzler
sports camp from June 29 to Aug.
21, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m.
to4 p.m.

Boardsailing, tennis, racquet-
bail, swimming, weight training,
bicycle workshops and other sports
are all part of the camp program.

The program has been running
for the past three years and has in-
structed over 300 North Shore
youth participants.
