It isn’t so long since he went to school himself, and with 500 students the entire - secretarial staff consisted of the principal’s secretary. As for the ‘‘custodial” staff, he wrote, ‘I do not believe that it is a good idea to allow students to litter the school to such a degree that four-plus staff are needed to run around picking up after . them.’’ He also mentioned that the Handsworth school report of ate’ looking for votes from the bleeding hearts and the minorities and ignore the majority.
