Children, teens and
seniors will now pay more to
use West Vancouver's
aquatic centre and skating
rink.

These groups will pay
between 9 and 16 per cent in
additional fees to use the
facilities, while adult rates
will remain unchanged.

Effective September 8,
1981, children four to twelve
and seniors, 60 and over, pay
.70 cents admission where
they used to pay .60 cents,
an increase of 16 per cent.
Teen rates are up 13 per
cent, from .75 cents to .85
cents.

Rental of the two facilities
has also been increased
between 11 and 16 per cent.

the rate increases but at
Tuesday night’s West Van-
couver council meeting,
Alderman George Morfitt
said “these increases have
been considered at length.”
