With that in mind, the owner of the Two O'Clock Club wants to convert the faltering town of Navajo, Ariz., into a_ retirement haven for aging bumpers and grinders who are ready to “We feel the girls suffer a lot of social abuses while they work,” he said. “They have trouble getting credit, have to live like nomads and are otherwise treated like second-class citizens.
