Chicken yakitori

breasts, cat into 1-inch cubes

Soak bamboo skewers in water
for 30 minutes. In a large bowl,
combine garlic, ginger, vinezar, soy
sauce, sesame and vegetable oils and
sherry. Add chicken cubes.

' Cover with plastic wrap and mar-
inate in refrigerator 3 to 8 ours. To
save time, prepare in the moming
before you leave for work.

Remove chicken from marinade.

- Skewer chicken and grill or broil *
