development, about $4.7
million. is being met with a
35-year loan from Kopas
and Burritt Funding Incor-

porated. The loan is guaran-
teed by Canada Mortgage
and Housing Corporation.
Federal assistance will
take the form of an annual
subsidy of approximately

federal contribution to the
development, under the
present contract terms, could
