With just a little extra
‘preparation you-can make
tuna patties a real treat:,

TUNA PATTIES

2 eggs, beaten slightly

1 cup soft bread crumbs

1 tbsp instant minced
onion

2. tbsp pickle relish

1. tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice

3 (6-4-ounce) cans tuna,
drained

% cup salad oil

1 (8-ounce) package peas
with cream sauce.

3 hard cooked eggs

guide for handling and stor-
ing these products. Think

FREE AMPLE PARKING

In bowl, combine eggs
with bread crumbs, onion,
relish, Worcestershire sauce
and lemon juice. Break up
tuna chunks with fork; add
to egg mixture and mix
thoroughly. Shape into 5 or 6
large patties.

Brown in heated oil in
large skillet. Carefully turn
and cook on medium heat
until done.

In the meantime, cook
peas according to package
directions. Peel and chop
