THE Palmer family will never forget the second day
of school this year.

On Wednesday morning Wendy Palmer got a call from her husband Mark.
The Palmers were both at their respective jobs.

Mark informed Wendy that their fiv cold son James was missing.

James was supposed to be in a Grade T class at Ross Road elementary in Lynn
Valley. A person at the school using the call-back system phoned Mark to say that
his son had not arrived. ‘The schoot wanted to check on the youngster,

the Ministry of Education’s umbrella this week when it
launched a subsidiary program for kindergarten students at
three of its elementary schools.
