Veterinary Medical Association have joined forces to launch a. financial assistance Program to provide subsi- dized cat spay and neuter ser- vices. The program, part of the epay (Neuter Action Plan (SNAP), will provide financial aid to low-income pet owners to help them get their cats sterilized before they con- tribute to the serious cat over- population problem ia B.C.
