DRIVERS THE following peopie recently appeared in North Vancouver court in connection with drinking and driving related offences: James Daniel Schedel, 37, of Courtenay, was jailed 60 days, fined $300 and had his driver's licence suspended tor 12 months after he: @ pleaded guilty to impaired driving on June 20, 1996 in West Vancouver; B pleaded not guilty to pos- sessing cocaine for trafficking purposes, but instead pleaded guilty to the lesser or included offence of narcotic possession. The narcotic offence occurred on the same day as the impaired charge. oe Michael Kelvin Turner, 34, of Vancouver, was fined $800 and had his driver’s licence suspended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to impaired. eee Patrick Thomas McCready, 43, of West Vancouver, was fined $500 and had his dri- ver's licence suspended for 12 months after he was found guilty of having a blood alco- hol level greater than .08. eco Malia Shayna McClear:, 21, of Langley, was fined .
