Before Judge Reginald

in West
Vancouver provincial court
on Oct. 26, 1995 :

Sean William Paull, 26, of
North Vancouver, was fined
$100 and received 12
months’ probation after he
pleaded guilty to possessing
a sawed-off shotgun (prohib-
ited weapon) on Aug. 2,
1995, in West Vancouver.

Paull was prohibited from
possessing firearms, ammu-
nition or explosives for 10
years. The weapon was
ordered destroyed.

Arthur Gerald Brown, 34,

of North Vancouver, was
fined $100 after he pleaded
guilty to driving without a
licence on June 25, 1995, in
West Vancouver.

on Oct. 24, 1995:

Gloria MacLeod, 32, of
Vancouver, was fined $275
after she pleaded not guilty
to impaired in West
Vancouver, but instead
pleaded guilty to the lesser

in West Vancouver provin-
cial court on Oct, 23, 1995 :

Elizabeth Wooten, 50, of
West Vancouver, was fined
$350 after she pleaded guilty
to being the driver involved
in a hit and run of an unat-
tended vehicle on Sept. 22,
1995, in West Vancouver.

Vancouver provincial court
on Oct. 19, 1995 ;

Kelsey Stuart Grier, 23,
of West Vancouver, received
three months’ probation after
he pleaded guilty to robbing
a woman on March 7, 1995,
in West Vancouver,

Grier was required to per-
form 50 hours of community
work service. ;

Andrew John Ytsma, 36,
of North Vancouver, was
jailed seven days, fined $300
and had his driver's licenced
suspended for 12. months *
after he was found guilty of’
driving while prohibited’ on
Royal Avenue in West.
Vancouver on Dec. 12; 1994.

The jail sentence was rec-
ommended served ‘through
electronic monitoring.
