Get down to the foot of the problem

QUITE OFTEN, sore feet can
create stress.

“My feet are killing me” is a
common reftain. But actually it’s
the other way around.

We bind up our feet in tight
stockings and ill-fitting shoes.
Many of us sit cross-legged at a
desk ail day and cut down on the
flow of fresh blood to the feet.
Sports buffs heap additional
punishment on their feet.

A foot massage is a refreshing
treat for hot, tired or sore feet.
Many cooling lotions contain
menthol to invigorate and ele-
