to, change, the zoning ‘in Ambleside

Village business district to increase

allowable building height from the
preserit, two storeys atid 25 feet to
three storeys and 35 feet.

Everyone! should realize that if:

this application is successful for
one building, then every other
owner withovt exception will be
able to do the, same and council
will be unable toyrefuse.

one hand, propose spending $3
million dollars of tax:-moncy to
revitalize and beautify Ambleside
Village, and at the same time to

destroy the village: ‘atmosphere by.

increasing building hvights.

The Ambleside and Dundarave
Ratepayers ‘Association has con-
sistently opposed upzoning in

Ambleside and Dundarave or for |

municipality.! People should be
_able to trust the zoning rules.
