The candidate we seek will be
tesponsible for monitoring and
paying all ulilities accounis and
property and business tax ac-
counts on a timely basis; and will
assist in the rent bonus and
Monthly rent renorl process as
well as participate in the Annual
Plan process.

The successful candidate will be
a high school graduate; have
knowledge and experience with a
data entiy terminal and elec-
tronic catculator (knowledge of
parsonal computers would be an
asset); have good written and
verbal communication skills; be
able to sight and solve problems;
and have initiative to develop and
improve systems and procedures.
The position is two days per
week (Tuesday/Wednesday) and
some flexibility is required,

Our working environment en-
courages participation and
rewards results. Starting salary is
in the $8.58 to $10.30 per hour
range.
