Public to see design proposals

CALLING THE Marine Drive corridor an area

North Vancouver District Ald. Joan Gadsby suc-
ceeded Monday in pushing through a motion that
a public meeting be held to allow public input on
the recently released Marine Drive Urban Design
Study and Development Guidelines.

saying that any further delay
in the adoption of the

guidelines would be a disser-
vice to the area’s developers.
Clark concurred, saying
he felt the guidelines should
be adopted as soon as possi-
ble and that input received
from the Chamber. of Com-
merce, the APC and the
ADP would be sufficient.
