A patient bank robber
waited in line behind two
other customers. Wed-
nesday afternoon, before
robbing the Bank of
Montreal in Dundarave of
$580.

A West Vancouver police

spokesman said that a man |

between 23 and 25 years old
entered the bank at 2410
Marine Drive, shortly before
3:40 p.m.

The man waited in the
line-up and then handed the
bank teller a note, the gist of
which was, “I have a gun.
give me all your money
quick.”

The police spokesman

said the man had his hand
under his jacket and the
teller thought he might well
have been armed.

She gave the man $580
and he walked out of the
-bank and was last seen
running west on Marine
Drive.

West Vancouver police
are looking for a clean- cut
man, about 5°9"- 5'10” high
and weighing about 155
pounds, with sandy blonde
hair to his ears and a
moustache.
