to face various charges.

Before Judge D.E. Moss in North
Vancouver provincial court on
June 25:

David Alan Fransvaag was tin-
ed $250 after the 22-year-old Bur-
naby man pleaded guilty to
possession of marijuana in con-
nection with an Oct. 28, 1987
drug seizure.

Before Judge DE. Moss in North
Vancouver provincial court) on
June 21:

Kelly Lee Noakes-Dhaliwal, 28
of Delia. received a suspended
sentence and was placed on pro-
bation for two years after
pleading guilty to theft of money
from Save-On-Foods on March 6

As a condition of probation,
Noakes-Dhaliwal was ordered to
complete 250 hours of community
work service.

Douglas Letich
suspended sentence and was plac-
ed on probation for three months
after the 44-year-old Vancouver
man pleaded guilty to breaching
his Sept. 12, 1990 probation order
by not reporting to his probation
officer.

Before Judge D.E. Moss in North
Vancouver provincial court on
June 20:

Ronald Michael Arnold, 45,
and co-accused Susan Evelyn
Bohneri, 33, were each fined $400
after the North Vancouver pair
pleaded guilty to using a stolen
Visa card Oct. 2, 1990 in Stongs
Market at Lynn Valley Centre.

Bohnert was also ordered to pay
$97 restitution to Stongs.

Before Sudge R.D. Grandison in
West Vancouver provincial court
on June 19:

Reinhard J. Kuipers, of no fix-
ed address, was sentenced to 45
days in jail and placed on proba-
tion for six months after the 32-
year-old man pleaded guilty to us-
ing false pretences to obtain
money from Canada Trust on
Aug, 24, 1990.

Before Judge R.D. Grandison in
West Vancouver provincial court
on June 18:

Heung Ip Fong was fined $100
after the 2!-year-old Vancouver
man was found guilty of driving
while prohibited June 18 on
Marine Drive.

Before Judge R.D. Grandison in
West Vancouver provincial court
on June 12:

Daniel Thomas Benner, of no
fixed address, served one day in
jail after the 25-year-old man
pleaded guilty to failing to com-
plete 75 hours of community work
service in accordance with his May
9, 1990 probation order.
