Zilahi said once a person gocs
into the moving river water, a
helper coming in from behind
will not be able to perform a res-
cue. Once a person accidentally
falls in the water, Zilahi advises
the person to keep their fect fac-
ing downstream and yell out so
that someone downstream can
assist from the shore.

Zilahi advises would-be res-
cuers to throw or reach, but not
go into the river.
