Before Judge Jerome Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial
court on Jan. 12, 1994:

Anthony Alwin Kirk, 25, of
North Vancouver, received six
months’ probation after he pleaded
guilty to assaulting 4 person on Oct.
30, 1993 in North Vancouver
District.

Kirk is required to perform 20
hours of community work service
by March 30.

Before Judge Bill Rodgers in
North Vancouver provincial
court on Jan. 12, 1994:

Rachel Ann Vivier, 23, of North
Vancouver, received 12 months’
probation after she pleaded guilty to
assaulting a woman and another
person-on Oct. 1, 1993 in North
Vancouver City.
