Photo submitted Kidney Foundation seeks donors THE BRITISH Columbia Branch of the Kidney Foundation of Canada has set a campaign objcc- tive of $856,000 for the annual March Door-to-Door Drive. The Foundation is recruiting more than 22,000 volunteers in British Columbia, During the month of March they are attempt- ing to boost public awareness of the need to fund further research. Kidney disease is a condition that can strike Canadians of any age and any background without war- ning. This year’s campaign will mark the 12th year of canvassing for The Foundation. Coll. A direct benefit from the March Drive is the evolvement of chapters throughout the province to act as support groups for kidney patients and to promote the services provided by The Foundation.
