“School Daze at Park Royal”

The merchants at Park Royal Shopping Centre are busily preparing
to vet the kids stepping back to school in high style. Fashion shows
and a giant dinosaur are the special features of an event called “School
Daze”, taking place over three days, August 23, 24 and 25.

The South Mali, Centre Court will he the location for four
fashion presentations highlighting all-weather cloching and shoes for
day, play and special activities. The show times are:

Thursday, August 23 at 7:00 p.m.
Friday, August 24 at I2 noon
Saturday, August 25 i] 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

AH the young models,
ranging in age trom four to
sixteen years, are local children
from the North Shore. The
shows, coordinated by Doris
Guest, will also include a variety
of rainwear and school supplies.

An unusual exhibit, a giant
dinosaur, will be visiting the
North Mall on Saturday, August
25th for che whole day. The
50-footr long dine is from
Science World and their
representative will he on hand
to provide information about

To wind down trom summer
