West Vancouver police report that Salvotore Jose Milia, of 40022 Government Rd. in Squamish struck the deer at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday while travelling in the eastbound Jane of the highway. His 1983 Yamaha motoreycle sustained $1,500 damage. Rifle found in North Van NORTH VANCOUVER RCMP have found an expensive rifle in the area of Westview Drive and the Upper Levels Highway.
