A9-Wednesday, May 14, 1980 - North Shore News Soe A 19-year-old North Vancouver man who tried to pull down an x-ray machine and screamed obscenities at doctors and nurses in Lions Gate Hospital pleaded guilty Wednesday to causing a disturbance. . Richard Rae, of 309-274 West 2nd Street, was charged on February 15 after police had taken him to LGH for examination of a bump on his head. Crown counsel Elaine Ferbey told North Van- couver Provincial Court that the RCMP had arrested Rae after receiving a report of individuals breaking win- dows at the North Van- couver Recreation Centre. She said Rae was drunk and had a large bump on his forehead. so police took him to LGH where he was x- rayed. At the hospital, Ferbey said Rae became very violent and after the x-rays he began to pull down the machine.
