Rosalie Meyedii, now Mrs. Judson, was pho- tographed by Carbuti for her 21st birthday in 1929, and she brought the photograph (right) into the North Vancouver wiuseum and Archives to prove it. The man sketched by Carbutt (top right) was identified as Dr. Harold Dyer, the first medical doctor in North Vancouver. North Vancouver LOCAL youth Joey Miller is a finalisr,in the 10th annual YTV Achievement Awards in the category of Innovation/Science and Technology. More than 2,300 young Canadians were nominated for the awards, and a total of 85 in 15 categories have been short- listed. One winner per catego- ry will be chosen by the judges.
